An advocate of environmental conservation, Patrick is focused on sustainable utilization of natural resources. Building his thrust on environmental sustainability began while he was finishing his degree in Biology in the University of the Philippines Baguio further enhanced upon the completion of his second Bachelor's degree in Fisheries at the Pangasinan State University - Binmaley. He's been working in the City Government of Dagupan since 2012 and actively works in the implementation of various programs on agriculture and food production systems, including its river rehabilitation program, milkfish industry development program, and urban agriculture program. His recent works focused on biodiversity enhancement and conservation, “green” technology development for fisheries and agriculture, policy development, gender-sensitive community development, and programs on food sufficiency. Patrick is a registered Fisheries Technologist currently living in Dagupan City, Philippines.
