I supported multiple Lenovo businesses (Personal Computers, Tablets, Motorola Phones, Enterprise & Data Center Products, Smart Products) responsible for the execution and the strategy for future transformation. I was part of the team that lead Lenovo to be the #1 PC Company in the world, Gartner Top 25 Supply Chain Company in 2020, shipping over 100M devices/year, leading the business transformation, developing Lenovo´s global, agile network to mitigate tariff and government policy implications. The last 2 years I was the Executive Director of Operations for Dell´s Global Contact Centers to support PC customers for their Technical Support and Customer Care requirements. The first 7 years I was the Executive Director for the Austin Manufacturing sites supporting customer needs for Desktops, Servers and Storage products. Our operations were transformational and supported Dell´s industry unique business model of build to order with high efficiency and flexibility operations to quickly deliver customer demand while leveraging the power of the internet to shape demand.Dell also gave me the opportunity to grow my skills and leadership ability to lead global teams as Executive Director of Call Center Operations that were based internationally in India, Philippines, Central America and Canada exposing me to international and diverse team management.
