• First level support on implementation, repairs and troubleshooting, and provide documentation to internal and client• Responding to inquiries from Technical Engr’s., subcon, client, and site personnel and etc. to provide technical assistance and support• Attends meetings with internal departments and clients to ensure successful service delivery of all production activities and project deployments• Subcon site distribution and deployment and time to time progress update to client• Approvals of subcon billing• ISDP Site deployment, and Equipment request (980C and 950C)• ISDP site acceptanceProject Involvement:• NCR Globe Transport
