Duties and responsibilities:1. Tasked to be a Team Leader of the department since Pre-Opening.2. Oversees the department when immediate superiors are not around.3. Responsible in providing and maintaining high quality of service to internal and external guests.4. Is responsible in keeping all laundry equipment clean and in good condition.5. Keeps the laundry area clean and organize at all times.6. Ensures professional and appropriate operation of the laundry department7. Is in-charge to welcome, train and assist new team members of the department with standard operating procedures and techniques.8. Ensures that all assigned task in a specific shift are completed.9. Responsible for laundering and dry cleaning of all guest laundry and team member uniforms.10. Sorts laundry items into certain classifications for washing.11. Reports any damaged equipment to immediate superiors, which includes: Laundry Supervisor and Laundry Manager.12. Maintains high standard of professionalism and service towards guests and colleagues.13. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by the immediate superior/s.
