As a member of the Clayton Utz graduate program I had the opportunity to move through a number of practice groups, as outlined below:Commercial LitigationMy role is as a junior in the Commercial Litigation team involved assisting on a variety of matters ranging from large scale commercial litigious matters to smaller dispute resolution and pro bono issues. Workplace Relations, Employment and SafetyDuring my time in the WRES group my role involved junior level legal work on employment related matters, including safety and risk management work and litigious matters.Corporate/M&A/Capital Markets (Energy & Resources)During my time in the Energy and Resources group my role involved junior level legal work on a range of large resource based projects. Tasks included preparation of briefs for experts or counsel, drafting clauses in sale and purchase arrangements, legal research, and completing native title procedures
