From this I created budgeted strategic development programmes. Playing a hands-on role, using project management skills I organised and deployed (in some cases delivered) these programmes throughout the planned for period.Using my own advanced training database I was able to show returns on investment.I established a number of development programmes, including: ucompetency framework, graduate, apprentice, sales and marketing, continuous improvement, management, leadership and change.I personally delivered training in: induction, performance appraisals, performance management, business improvement techniques, presentation skills, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.I was responsible for both the group and all the operating company training budgets.
