I recently graduated with a B.S. in Exercise Science with a concentration in Strength and Conditioning. I have extensive experience coaching athletes of all ages and skill levels at the collegiate level and private sectors. I have my main experience with various training modalities such as strength training, plyometrics, Olympic lifting, metabolic conditioning, flexibility/mobility, change of direction, speed, and acceleration mechanics. Additionally, I took on the Ithaca college wellness clinics entire client base and managed consulting new clients and working with the general population, designing programs to achieve goals such as weight loss, joint pain mitigation, improved quality of life, and enhanced functional fitness.Outside of my professional experience, I am passionate about powerlifting, running, biking, swimming skiing of all sorts, hiking, and participating in all kinds of sports.
