- Monitor machine utilization performance per product line and report to top management.- Investigate abnormalities detected on operation based on system data and provide appropriate improvements along with cross functional team.- Design projects that will ensure smooth processing on operations to meet management goals with specific time frame.- Track project progress to prevent any complication that might arise prior completion.- Monitor existing system to maintain accuracy on information and data.

- Review production information (Time & Motion Study, Document Review, Continuous observations, Operation Analysis) to understand the whole operation, identify existing problems and create appropriate plan/actions to resolve these issues.- Deliver strategic project that increase machine/material efficiency, decrease defective ratio, improve labor productivity and reduce variable and fixed costs that either delegated by Superior/Management or self-initiated.- Communicate project requirements to internal groups (Prod, IT, QC, ME, PE,T raining) and management to escalate concerns and prevent any complication that will obstruct the accomplishment of plans.- Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of project in terms of its financial aspects and identify actual variances that deliver changes on the outcome.- Generate plant and machine layout based on improvement and investment plans.- Create standard work design to improve man-machine ratio and minimize safety and quality risks in operation.- Manage budgeting activities through analysis of production and sales level, variable material costs, fixed costs and other cost down activities.- Manage company's profit and loss through analysis and understanding of results considering changes to production and sales achievements, variable costs and fixed costs.- Update standard cost of product to set standard price considering changes in processing conditions, material costs and other related costs.- 5S spearhead on assigned process by promoting company wide activities and evaluating compliance.

- Review and monitor system-based orders from mother factory- Monitor inventory of subparts, die-sets, and other materials needed for the operation.- Prepare production schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet delivery requirements of customers.- Expedite operations by revising schedules in cases of delay due to unforeseen circumstances.- Communicate to planning and purchasing teams to ensure availability of parts from suppliers and subcontractors considering available lead time.

- Manpower monitoring, scheduling and ensuring compliance to set production plan.- Ensures that standard procedure and required product standards are implemented and followed in the production area to secure quality of product and safety of manpower.- Monitor and support in mixing process.
