i worked as customer service representative for billing and general inquiry for DirecTV customers. As a representative i had to be familiar on the products that DirecTV are offering to the customers mainly the equipment, packages prices and some basic troubleshooting for the equipment. More importantly my task is to explain to the customers all of their billing inquiries where multitasking is very important and time management for me to review the account in order to provide proper resolution.
