Cultured and conducted experiments on Barrett's Esophagus cell samples for use in studies on inhibitors of the SSIM pathway in Barrett's patients.Conducted data accumulation and analysis via laboratory methods including western blotting, RT-PCR, RNA processing, and immunofluorescence staining.Presented key findings at DDW 2024 through a submitted abstract incorporating laboratory and clinical data.
