SPECIAL SKILLS:I have extensive knowledge and experience in processing and analyzing financial data. I have developed into the go-to-person for many of the accounting and general office software products. Over the past few years, I have used a variety of software products including, but not limited to, BAS and FMIS (LOGOS) accounting software, Peoplelink an accounts payable software, Netsmart AvatarPM/MyAvatar an accounts receivable software and QuickBooks used for representative payee accounts and emergency fund accounts. I use and am familiar with the following software for retrieving data, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Oracle Browser and Microsoft Access. I am also the go-to-person for Microsoft Excel using macros, pivot tables and other advanced functions on large and complicated spreadsheets. I have created tracking spreadsheets, using macros and other tools, for Health and Human Services that have been in use for more than ten years.
