I have been in the Roofing Industry for over 25 years. I have had the opportunity to have many great Teachers, and Mentors in developing my success as a Roofing Contractor. My preference is installing, leading, and coaching a crew of people that move a project forward in a timely fashion,and keeping a grip on the situation. I am constantly reading, and furthering my education in developing my leadership skills to effectively bring about a positive, and productive work environment. Being a Roofing Contractor is physically demanding, and mentally draining. There are many days when there is not much left in the tank to be fully engaged; however fail to plan, plan to fail. My belief is the core to survival, and generating business is building relationships based on trust with our clients, employees, and our suppliers.Work smarter, not harder, and keep Integrity at the core of your business, and all your relationships.
