I recruit dynamic high school students to the University of Redlands. With my territory being Texas, Kansas, and Oklahoma. My in state area is Long Beach, the South Bay and the Western Inland Empire. During the first recruiting cycle of freshman and transfer students, I was able to increase deposited students by 25 and applications by 45 in my territories. Also, yield went up 4% and incomplete applications dropped by 10.

Greater Los Angeles Area

Worked on all facets of the Offensive Football Scouting report on a weekly basis; broke down the opponent film with XOS Video Editing Software, drew the running game and pass protection playbooks with Microsoft Visio, prepared PowerPoint blitz pick up presentations, and charted opponent defensive front and blitz pressure on game day along with our run game totals/averages per run concept for halftime evaluation. Worked with academics on making sure athletes were in the classroom and tutoring sessions they were supposed to be at. Coached various summer camps that USC put on.

I taught a Special Education Class with a staff of 3 full time para professional and a roster of 18 students who needed yearly Individualized Education Plans written to keep track of their progress. My subject matter went across multiple subjects; math, phonics, writing, life skills, and community awareness. Also, substitute taught in a variety of classrooms teaching students from a myriad of economic and family backgrounds.

Starting as the Defensive Line Coach and moved over the the Offensive Line, in the Alex Gibbs Zone Blocking Scheme, all the while recruiting our student athletes to various universities from FBS to NAIA schools. During the 2012 season I had over 20 players playing college football. Was able to create an Excel Database with all the coaches I contacted in order to get the proper documentation and video to the them to help them make the right choice and recruit my athlete.

I mowed the athletic facilities with a 3 reel riding mover. Painted the football and baseball fields, manicured the dirt and pitching mounds and replaced broken sprinklers and pipes.
