Experienced (10+ years) 3D modelling generalist and team lead. In my most recent full-time role I served as the Head of Modelling at VU.CITY, a startup focussed on creating accurate digital cities. There I coordinated our in-house and overseas modelling efforts, and oversaw their delivery to a real-time environment (𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘁𝘆). I was responsible for meeting a range of targets, both per-project and more broadly in terms of the company's success. Everything from polygon budgets, to financial ones. Time and people management. Presentations for potential investors, and client liaison. I can happily say I relished the challenges and advantages of a diverse, ambitious team, and the big ways and small that I could support their contributions to the company.I am skilled in 𝟯𝗱𝘀𝗠𝗔𝗫, 𝗖𝗶𝗻𝗲𝗺𝗮𝟰𝗗, 𝗔𝗱𝗼𝗯𝗲 𝗣𝗵𝗼𝘁𝗼𝘀𝗵𝗼𝗽, 𝗦𝘂𝗯𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗣𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 and real-time and traditional 3D Visualization, as well as all the people management skills required to lead, manage and support a team with similar skillsets.
