From October 2013 up to present I am working as a Store Manager at Al Boom Marine in Mall of the emirates, My Main responsibilities are to make sure that my store revenues is achieved, all the KPI's of retail are managed well. I am a commercial manager which lead me and my team to successful goal and achievements, as a store manager i believed that it is my responsibility to ensure that every individuals in my team is trained, motivated, appreciated and has a Performance Development Plan for growing, these people will bring the company an excellent product in return.
