In this role, I attempted to make the member or guest as comfortable as possible on the golf course. I did this by effectively communicating advice when it was needed and providing any support required. This role required the ability to communicate and show confidence with many golfers of varying ages and backgrounds.

I assisted in the day to day operations, and this included organizing, uploading, and maintaining hundreds of different client information sets in SalesForce computer software. This also included reconciling sales invoices and entering sales invoices into Salesforce. I aided the company in research for further expansion in the United States and Canada and presented the findings to company leadership. The study included finding potential insurance providers that would possibly partner with the company and research possible tax implications for conducting business transactions in Canada. I helped other team members with any ongoing projects and customer communication.

I assisted a financial advisor in organizing client data and information. Additionally, I was asked to research several different types of equities for the advisors use with clients. I also gained valuable insight into dealing and communicating with clients.
