- Periodic and Quarterly Financial Reporting- 10-Q/10-K tie outs- Periodic reconciliation of BCS to HFM, - identifying/investigating/resolving BCS/HFM system related issues- Various ad hoc reporting projects

• Responsible for recording all insurance journal entries, analyzing the impact of insurance rate/allocation changes, performing balance sheet reconciliations, and forecasting/planning prepaid insurance/amortization expense for cash flow purposes. Partner with Risk Management in AOP/Forecast process.• Prepare consolidation journal entries to eliminate Intercompany activity (i.e. Sales, Interest Income/Expense, Royalties, etc.), allocate shared Fixed Assets, and appropriately classify Cash accounts. Confirm all consolidation entries are reflected correctly in BCS and BW reporting.• Prepare and review periodic, quarterly and annual schedules in HFM.• Input sales volume for PepsiCo Chicago business units within HFM.• Prepare and review slides that are presented as part of the quarterly Balance Sheet reviews

• Manage the clearing of unassigned income postings each period end close • Coordinate the completion/review of external financial reporting schedule• Partner with plant, warehouse, sales finance and supply chain finance to report existing operating lease obligations and forecast all future obligations• Participate as active liaison between cost accounting and field accounting teams• Prepare account reconciliations for assigned accounts and follow-up on usual activity until cleared• Perform SOX controls for assigned areas of responsibility each period and prepare documentation evidencing quarterly test work over controls• Assist tax department in year-end preparation of assorted tax packages

• Manage reconciliation of intercompany and international balances • Work with domestic and foreign counterparts to resolve intercompany out-of-balances• Responsible for preparing and presenting periodic report and ensure SOX compliance is being met with assistant Controller• Compile and present periodic schedule for Quaker Tropicana Gatorade division• Lead transition and implementation of Hyperion to HFM system for intercompany team
