• Analyze/review real estate contracts and other legal documents, including, but not limited to POAs, leases, deeds, licenses, purchase agreements, bills of sale, operating agreements, bylaws and condominium documents, corporate papers, settlement offers, and internal memorandums.• Conduct legal research, draft correspondence and resolutions, prepare legal tax documents, answer phone calls, assist with callbacks and scheduling, and provide general administrative support to the partners of the law firm.• Process evictions, record legal documents at City Hall as well as other city buildings such as the Daley Center and Cook County office building, pick up and drop off documents to Title Companies, and assist with foreseeing and protecting the law firm and its clients against legal and financial risks.
