I am an Independent Director of a few Irish based insurance and reinsurance companies and various captive insurance and reinsurance companies owned by multinational corporations. I retired from the Catalina Group's Irish insurance company in October 2022.In most cases where I am an Independent Director, I am also a member of the audit and risk committees.

I was the part-time General Manager and Executive Director of these two BNP Paribas reinsurance companies plus being an Independent Director for nine years for Greenval Insurance which was also part of the BNP Paribas group.I retired from the BNP Paribas roles in October 2022 after 17 great years.

Malta

I was an Executive Director of Propgen Insurance Limited which was part of the Barbon Group. The company ran-off all of its insurance business before being wound up.
