Thereby increasing Certified Instructor satisfaction, loyalty and utilization of existing training resources. Developed training and operationalized systems to help internal team members provide improved engagement services. Development of the St. Raphael Health plan at the request of The Archdiocese of Milwaukee presented a complicated challenge. Creation of this plan required the creation of a unique limited clinical network and payer network to serve over 1500 employees over a ten-county service area. The foundation for this network was laid over 14 years ago and remains strong today.Developed CorporateWORx Occupational Medicine in 2004 involved bringing together clinical providers and clinics to form the program. Concurrently, our team developed the business relationships needed to drive and grow the business on its first day of operation. The project resulted in the development of five occupational medicine clinics serving the Milwaukee Metro area resulting in first year direct revenues of 1.2 million and 14.1 million in downstream revenues. The program continued to perform strongly and grow through 2011.Building and managing onsite primary care and occupational medicine clinics for WE Energies, Rockwell International, Kohl’s Department Stores as well as winning contracts to serve the Department of Defense and FBI. While each of these projects held their own unique challenges, all required the orchestration of complex RFP responses and negotiations, the coordination of clinical services, clinical professionals (outside of their comfort zone) and recruitment of new development-oriented team members.
