Responsible for all e-conolight customer experience activity.

Leader of e-commerce and marketing teams. Responsibilities include all aspects of e-commerce such as search engine optimization (SEO), email campaigns, paid search (SEM), A/B testing, analytics and web product management activity. Also responsible for monthly catalog including list selection & publishing and outbound telesales programs.

Global responsibility for commercial marketing and marketing services for $500M+ LED components business. Included all pricing activity, channel asset planning, demand forecasting, factory planning & prioritization, software & tool development and marketing program implementation. Heavy international focus & travel, especially China.

Launch and product lifecycle responsibilities for several XLamp LEDs and LED Modules. Launched Cree's first LED Module products.

Grew a $60M product line to over $70M by implementing several new programs including a resale agreement with a competitor, data mining to grow service revenue and a private label offering for a large reseller.

Led the turnaround of a product line consisting of power factor correction, harmonic correction and dynamic compensation equipment. Realigned sales, customer service and channel responsibilities to better align with mission of growing revenue and profitability. Increased revenues by 30% and operating profit by 82% year-over-year.

Launched the first Cree XLamp LEDs. Grew product line from $0 to the dominant player in the power LED market.
