Preparation of Daily and Weekly Work Target• Documentation and Reconciliation of Work Progress with Program of Work• General Daily Site Inspection/Observation.• Interpretation and explanation of construction drawing to site operatives and client.• Ensure activities are carried out in accordance with specification, statutory regulation and contractual requirements.• Track day to day activities to achieve timely delivery of project.• Ability to monitor, supervise and control quality of construction activities so as to achieve require quality.• Responsible for preparation and maintaining crucial project documents which track projectprogress (Daily & Weekly Work Status).• Proper filing of all project documents in an appropriate database, and ensure all documents are accurate.• Assist in arranging meetings with other members of the project team.• Closely watch the project schedule, monitoring deadlines for each project task, by checking regularly that every deadline is still possible, and report any potential delays.• Provide operational support to staff and consultants on all aspects of project management, operations and financial procedures• Ability to carry out physical measurement of site work and valuation of work in progressfor cost control• Have the competence to carry out survey, and interpreting the differences in level between points. • Generation and Preparation of Snag Lists for correction order
