Laborde Marine is a small, private offshore supply boat company consisting of supply boats and crew boats operating predominately in the Gulf of Mexico with a small operation in Brazil. As a financial consultant, I constructed a financial model to predict operational performance following hypothetical business acquisitions and changes in capital structure. Also, I determined valuations of peer companies to better understand growth opportunities for Laborde Marine in the market place.
