My career to date within the hospitality industry has involved multiple facets including business development, transformation and leadership development. I am highly driven, commercially focused and self-motivated individual with demonstrable achievements of performance. My experience to date also encompasses the leadership of multi-disciplinary teams, motivating and empowering individuals to achieve their own potential and to make a significant contribution to the full delivery of common and cohesive goals. Most recently, my experience has focused on acquisitions, concept development and strategy. Prior to this, I have held a series of senior leadership roles which have required me to work primarily with the senior leadership team where I have been influential in improving organisational practices, organisational development, growth, service levels and profitability.
