Founded Adaptik to address the costliest business and technology issue facing the Property and Casualty insurance market -- Inability of insurance IT infrastructure to respond quickly and cost effectively to new product introductions, changes in regulation, access to distribution channels, and system integration.Grew the company’s innovative product portfolio and customer base of large U.S. Property and Casualty insurers. Executed strategic sale of the company to further advance product portfolio, expand sales and marketing and build an off-shore capability.

Responsible for establishing the division’s strategic direction and managing its profitable growth. Lead a division of over 60 professionals consisting of several operational areas including marketing & sales, technology, human resources and finance. Surpassed revenue targets growing the division by 67% to becoming the largest and most profitable division in the company’s history.

Managed product development process for new Property & Marine product generating $75MM revenue stream from conceptual design to nationwide implementation. Conducted market analysis, coordinated resources from underwriting, actuary, legal and programming to formulate new pricing structure and contractual language. Created risk management reports, and instituted cross-functional training strategy.
