My main tasks include:- Increasing the profit margins per truck in a dollar per mile calculation- Maintenance and analysis of monthly accounts receivable and accounts payable- Invoicing customers - Book keeping- Obtaining new customers - Lead generation- Dispatching necessary information to the trucks- Solving problems the trucking industry endures everyday. IE: customer service, international paperwork is in order, prompt loading and unloading of trucks ect.- Brokering loads from a customer to other transportation companies creating a profit for my company
