Being a lead intern for the city and county of Denver's bridge rehabilitation program entailed many responsibilities and instilled many great qualities. Great organizational skills to manage a crew of seven or more interns to effectively complete daily tasks such as concrete repairs, cleaning expansion joints, and welding repairs were needed. Knowledge of how bridges functioned in order to help engineers from the city repair them was crucial.
