(Designed Welcome Break specific Revit families) • Drafting of Planning documents, such as Design and Access and Sustainability statements. • Hire a team of Technicians, from interior designers to Architectural Technicians. • Designing of large projects building Internals and Externals plus Site and Canopy. • Re developing existing forecourts and Buildings.• Internal Layout design plus wall and Floor finish.• Creating 3D Visual and CGI For Drawings Planning presentation • Creating Internal 3d live render walk thru’ s of Retails areas and spaces. • Design of new Electric Vehicle hubs across the Welcome Break estate.• Design of Website for public engagement on certain large sites.

In 2018 Applegreen acquired an operational share in Welcome Break. Welcome Break are the largest Motorway Service area provider in the UK. As Welcome Break had no internal design element, I was seconded to the UK to set up all internal design frameworks including CAD / Revit standards that would enable us to engage with external resources easier. This involved hiring a team of Technicians that would in time handle all internal design needs of Welcome Break. As part of my time in the UK I enrolled and completed a Sustainable Planning course in the University of Hertfordshire

• Working very closely with and drafting of architectural drawings and site surveys of different types of construction, from clean room technology through stainless steel cladding, to M/S ramps for waste plants in the UK.• When the site survey comes in we have to break it down to the information and I draught it out in AutoCAD • After site survey break-down and drafting, I produce GA Drawings to send for approval.• If the drawings come back without comments, fabrication drawings are produced. These are very detailed drawings, which have to be extremely accurate.• All material is then cut and delivered to site.

• Responsible for producing detailed layout drawings from site sketches• AutoCAD / Sketch Up / Revit drafting.• Responsible for preparation of glass fabrication drawings. • Design of Bespoke high end glass shower units.

• The as-built drawings would contain records of all works that would have taken place along the route, e.g. where cables and ducts were installed, the depths at which they were installed, any utility crossings or proximity points, and finally a longitudinal section showing the ground level terrain and cables/ducts beneath. (example drawing available on request)• Also responsible for traffic closure Drawings. This would involve an O.S style map and where the closures were to take place. These drawings would also show the required diversion routes

• Responsible for reading and rearranging of drawings on site • Change a drawing if necessary in coordination with head architect (Michael Levitt) • Delegating work on site when site manager would not be present. • Worked on the construction of form-work for mass concrete installation • Manage the IT, any laptop crashes or malfunctions.• Oversee work that was completed for inspection by city inspector • Managing a team of 4• Worked in conjunction with site manager when purchasing material for site.• Worked on steel work which acted as the reinforcement for concrete walls.
