Undertook all marketing, staff management and training, negotiation of supply contracts, event management, as well as internal security, rosters, stock control, ordering, cost control and other administration tasks. Also spent a good proportion of time working front-of-house.Due to the remote location of the restaurant, a great deal of organization and planning was required.
