In my 9 years with Cumming, I have been assigned to multiple projects for international and domestic clients representing the hospitality, gaming, retail, and entertainment sectors. I am currently assigned to a Native American tribal client and have been on that project for 4 years. The Cumming team has provided budgeting, scheduling, contract management.

I have been involved in major projects in the Las Vegas market now for 7 years. My expertise in budget management, scheduling, and ongoing project management are the strengths upon which my company grow in the future.

I was with Foxcor, Inc for 10 years. I started as the project administrator for their retail construction operations. We opened or remodeled 385 stores in 5 years, working in 42 states nationwide. I was then part of the project management team at Red Rock Resort starting in March 2004. I then took over the oversight of Green Valley Ranch Phase 3 expansion.

· Responsible for all civil and utility contracts, landscaping, paving, 2 parking garages, central plant construction/commissioning, and complete pool area.· Reduced total capital costs from $180 million to $160 million on $900 million overall hotel casino project.· Coordinated operations with 3 prime contractors, estimated all work, managed change orders.

· Opened/remodeled 380 stores in 42 states in 5 years costing $120 million.· Supervised, trained, and motivated 4 junior PM's and 4 project coordinators.· Managed property acquisition program for future store development.· Coordinated all vendor deliveries, and monitored merchandise setup overhead.

· Developed estimating department for major Division 8 and 10 material supplier.· Increased branch revenues from $1.2M to $4.7M and overall business 45%.· Supervised 21 carpenters and millworkers ensuring their continuing education.

· Built/managed successful framing to finishing high-end residential and light commercial construction business generating $3.8 million banner year.
