During this work term, I developed a data visualization package for users of the Ocean Tracking Network database that displayed general statistics, charts, and maps based on the user's needs. This package was hosted in a set of Jupyter notebooks and utilized the open-source Plotly and Cesium tools. The data retrieval was done in Python, PostgreSQL, and Javascript. I also developed ETL data pipeline programs for processing underwater receiver log data.

I spent this work term doing a lot of IT-related work, including creating virtual machines for course practicums within the building, assembling machines for faculty members, and replacing a whole lot of laptop hard drives for students.
