Having worked for Safeways to start with in Bodmin, I have worked from shop floor into a position within the stores senior team now responsible for all aspects of customer service within a busy seasonal store. Over seeing training and development and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved whilst delivering budgets and exceeding expectations.
