Founding a biomedical equipment maintenance enterprise in Sydney. Optimisation of biomedical depts to give hospital management greater control over their assets. This process also delivers cost savings, increase in quality & compliance, and the lowering of risk and operational hassles.

Delivering the $40m Super Yacht Marina redevelopment plans and approvals, managing the Environmental Impact Assessment process, attracting equity investment, planning, sales of condo's and super-yacht berths. Negotiating the complex Govt and resource-owner processes to gain final approvals. Writing the initial business plan & delivering on the first steps : upgrade of the restaurant, bar, and cafe.Many process improvements were made. I delivered innovations such as becoming the countries first Approved Boarding station for international clearances of foreign cruising and super-yachts.

My role within the Group as an Executive Director and shareholder, was Operations and Transformation, primarily for a $35m turnover profit centre. Overseeing the 60 staff who operated the fuel retail stations / convenience stores, and yacht chandlery chain. Transformation projects : increased the service station profits by 750%. Modernisation of the yacht chandleries by optimising stock lines, revamping merchandising, social media, advertising, and developing a sales and marketing team - which increased revenues by 174%, and profit by 130%. Other projects : liaison and lobbying of Government and industry stakeholders to promote, modernise, and develop yachting tourism in Fiji; overhauled group branding and advertising, liaison with Government to deliver the Vuda Marina super-yacht development lease and approvals; building the new group Human Resources department; and special projects on request of the Chairman of the Group.The Group develops and operates marinas in Fiji; a national marine chandlery retail & wholesale business; a fibreglass boatbuilding factory; a national chain of fuel retail franchises; real estate development; and a sailing charter yacht.

Established a successful chain of five coffee houses which became a household name in Fiji.
