Having spent over 30 years leading teams to outstanding performances in the UK Retail banking and Financial services industry I am now in the fortunate position of being able to pursue opportunities and roles that genuinely excite me and I believe I can add real value in. Therefore I am now using my knowledge and experience to help empower people to build their knowledge, behaviours and skills to better manage their money and plan for a stronger financial future.As a qualified mortgage and financial adviser I host coaching and development sessions, remote and face to face, a part of employee well-being programmes. These can be either group or 1 to 1 coaching.In addition to this I also work part time as a Bicycle Mechanic (because I love it). I'm also Chair of my local Parish Council because I enjoy the responsibility of giving back and trying to make where I live a better place for everyone.
