Responsible for administration of the Goldie B. Floberg Center. Responsible for hiring and developing administrative team staff. Responsible for ensuring that the Center meets or exceeds all applicable regulatory standards. Responsible for ensuring the Center’s services, policies and procedures consistently represent best practices. Responsible for the development and implementation of an annual budget. Responsible for (working with the Director of Development) overseeing fund raising programs and for developing new fund raising programs. Responsible for new program development working closely with administrative review team members. Responsible for lobbying for the Center’s interests and general interests of people with developmental disabilities. Serves at the Center’s Board Certified Behavior Analyst and head of the Center’s Behavior Analytic Unit. Reports directly to the Board of Directors.

Responsible for day-to-day operations of all programmatic services. Programs consist of a Community Integrated Living Arrangement program serving 36 adults, a children’s group home program serving 20 children and young adults and Childcare Institution serving 24 children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Directly supervise 13 Program Managers and support services staff. Responsible for agency applied behavior analytic services. Behavior analytic responsibilities included conducting functional assessments, reviewing and analyzing functional analytic and other behavioral data, conducting and reviewing preference assessments, developing and implementing behavior treatment plans, and consulting internally on the development of behavior treatment plans. Responsible for the development and implementation of agency quality assurance systems. Monitoring departments to ensure that expenditures are within budget targets. Responsible for the coordination of new client intake. Responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulations. Responsible for the development and maintenance of agency technology infrastructure (server maintenance and network management and database development using FileMaker Pro). Directly responsible to the President/CEO.

The Program Administrator for a 55 bed residential program and in-home support and respite program for children and young adults with developmental disabilities. Directly supervised a team of 15-21 staff consisting of Case Management, QIDP, kitchen, laundry, housekeeping, and CCI Supervisory staff and indirectly supervise FT and PT direct care staff. Major responsibilities include working closely with various staff from the Illinois DCFS and DHS on a variety of issues, management of program quality assurance systems, monitoring departments to ensure that expenditures are within budget targets, coordination of all children’s program client referrals and intakes, course coordinator and instructor for the Center’s direct care staff training program, member of the Senior Management Team, chairman of the Behavior Intervention Committee, QIDP and DSP responsibilities as needed. Directly responsible to the President/CEO.
