As a member of Bank of America's National Debt Products team I managed several Bank of America commercial real estate debt products which facilitated the creation of affordable multi-family development.

Managed a portfolio of multi-family loans, both construction and term financing, located throughout Texas and the southwest United States. Assisted in underwriting and origination of more than 15 new construction loans.

One of nine nationwide Commerical Real Estate Analysts in the 2009 class for Bank of America. I attended training classes in Chicago, Atlanta, Charlotte, and Dallas which enhanced my ability to evaluate real estate developments . During this time I supported the central region of the division in both asset management and underwriting capacities.

I worked at Capitol Market Research during my last year of college. I did a lot of feasibility work for apartment developers in the area adjacent to the University of Texas in downtown Austin. I was also responsible for the semi-annual Austin metro commericial real estate retail report. This report provides occupancy, rental rates, TI allowance, absorption, and construction information for all retail developments in the Austin MSA. I was solely responsible for this report which is used by industry professionals throughout Texas.
