I specialize in lower grades, typically, 1-3.

I provide observational data to the intern teachers about their practice in the classroom. I provide information to the interns' University instructional team about their progress, issues that may need attention, and concerns that I have based on personal observation. I provide verification of instructional proficiency that students need to graduate from the program.

This is a previous position. I provided staff development, developed student assessment programs, directed cohort activities, and liasoned between administrators and teachers regarding instructional issues. I provided teachers with one-on-one help with instructional strategies.
