Current projects include:> University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business; provide consultation, facilitation and teaching for various aspects of Gigot Center for Entrepreneurship and Center of Nonprofit Excellence.> Center for History, South Bend, IN; developing strategic plan for major regional historical museum, including board and staff interviews and training, community outreach, and implementation plans.> Penn-Harris-Madison School District, Mishawaka, IN: providing leadership for strategic plan development of top-rated school district. > United Way of St. Joseph County: facilitated process to help improve coordination between agency staff and boards with United Way staff and leadership. Also assisted with development of agency partnership agreements and funding requirements, implemented in 2012> University of Notre Dame, Robinson Community Learning Center, South Bend, IN: developing strategic plan for community-based outreach of major university.> Beacon Health Systems/Memorial Hospital, South Bend: providing leadership to Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA) program for community-based aspects of major hospital. Projects include grant writing, developing a Collective Impact system, and developing partners for implementation> Girl Scouts of Northern Indiana-Michiana: providing leadership to fund development plans, including development of major gift prospects, donor cultivation and contacts, annual appeal development, and other projects. Also provided technical assistance to capital building project plans in Michigan.> Catholic Volunteer Network: provide annual training for new programs and new staff

Direct and teach course for university students learning about poverty and development in rural regions of Appalachia. Provided classroom training, logistics support, and placement to over 430 students serving across four state region in week long immersion programs; taught 10 classes for preparation and follow-up, and developed curriculum for 2013-2014 academic year.

Managed American Red Cross in Northern Indiana, providing disaster planning and relief, services to members of the armed forces and their families, resettling refugees, and providing lifesaving training to individuals and companies in the region.Accomplishments:> Led organization to growth from $475,000 annual budget to over $2 million in 6 years, by developing a diversified funding base from public and private sources.> Developed income producing programs in international services, with funding from multiple federal, state and local sources.> Created 12 county regional chapter in Northern Indiana.> Responded to over 100 local disaster incidents annually, and provided relief to thousands of affected residents in 11 major disasters.
