I am a computer programmer that has had a wealth of academic hands on software development.Through my experience I was familiarize with a number of different programming languages. C++ | C | Pascal | Fortran | Assembly | Ruby | Ruby on Rails | Algol. Also a number of different operating systems like HP 3000 (Unix) | X windows. Along with the other operating systems like Windows | Mac OS | Linux | Unix.Worked in different code editing environments. Such as Apples Xcode, open source CotEditor and command line editors like Vim and Pico from the Unix operating system. In addition I have used build and run in Xcode to compile programs. The GNU compiler uses command line g++ for C++ programs.I have used Object Oriented Programming (OOP).Program Ruby on Rails to link into a SQL data base.Program using a recursion algorithm to search a data tree. Also used recursion algorithm in Knights Tour. Proper code documentation for understanding code behavior and ease of following program algorithm. Top down programing for clean and maintainable code.FreeCAD (Open Source) Self taught FreeCAD. Used FreeCAD to draw blue prints. Blue prints where used as information source. D-Link Router Installed D-Link Router network. Configured D-Link router. Setup computers to access internet via wireless.Solid State Drive (SSD) Replaces failing hard drive with solid state drive (SSD). Secured data off of hard drive. Swapped out drives. Reinstalled operating system and data on to new drive.Upgrade RAM Memory Pulled memory stick from computer. Installed new larger RAM memory.
