Global Service Delivery Manager
Current- Responsible for overall operational services management for large FG500 customer globally. Main operational contact and a point of escalation for reporting, general customer satisfaction, device management, technology.
- Responsible for effective implementation, execution, and management of service programs
- Monitors and manages all facets of implemented programs
- Provide data analysis to ensure that performance standards are maintained and customer requirements (contracted service levels) are consistently met
- Guides and collaborates with Country Service Managers, and Ricoh account teams to provide effective governance and ensure customer satisfaction per established Statement of Work standards
- Supports sales teams in development and presentation of new opportunities within assigned account
