John focuses his practice on litigation. He primarily advises and represents health care organizations, hospitals, medical professionals, and health care providers in malpractice lawsuits, regulatory compliance, and responding to subpoenas and records requests. John also has extensive experience and is active in other areas of litigation including insurance defense, corporate, and criminal defense. In addition to litigation, John also has extensive experience in assisting businesses and professions with responding and complying with subpoenas and other regulatory requirements. John also handles landlord-tenant matters, including evictions, drafting leases and negotiating resolutions to disputes arising out of residential and commercial tenancies. He is also engaged in estate planning. Prior to joining the Roberts Carroll Feldstein & Peirce, John served as an Assistant Public Defender. At RCF&P, John continues to provide the firm’s clients with immediate access to an experienced criminal defense lawyer should the need arise.
