Rental Properties in the state of Missouri

We are buying rental properties and renting them through property management companies.

It is my privilege to join the security team at the Kauffman Center for the Performing Arts in downtown Kansas City, MO.

It is my privilege to transport hotel guests, many of which are business transients, to and from work, to dinner, etc.

I worked part time for several years as a retailer of various items including but not limited to........ used cars, used furniture, jewelry, various kinds of African Art, beauty products and more. This was carried out on weekends and in my spare time. Sometimes I focused on it more during the summer. I really enjoyed meeting and dealing with people and developing some more customer service skills. I decided to close the business at the end of 2012. Although I really enjoy meeting new people, retailing and dealing with customers, the business was not producing enough to justify continuing. I certainly know a lot about organizing and owning a business. Given the opportunity to work at a my own business again, I think I could experience some success.If the opportunity opened up for me to work for someone else, I believe that I have the skills and experience to make them successful. There are some really awesome companies out there. Those companies already have some great marketing strategies. Why try to reinvent the wheel? I could come in there for training and begin to implement the vision and strategies that have already been established.

I invested over 20 years as an instructor of Communication Arts, French, Speech, and Theatre. Most of this educational experience was at the high school level. A small percentage of this time involved teaching students at the middle school level. Reaching a point where I had earned enough time or credits to retire, I did so. I was really burnt out. At some point I may make efforts to return to the teaching profession. I really miss some of the aspects of offering some valuable knowledge to the young minds of our society.

I conducted standard procedures of a security officer at various assigned posts. This was done part time (on weekends, during the summer, etc.) while I was working as an instructor for the Kansas City Missouri School District.
