Generator Property Management is a proprietary limited transaction company that is managing the demolition and rehabilitation of the Munmorah Power Station and affected lands on behalf of the NSW Government. The company goal is to take to site to a condition where the land can generally be used for other purposes, unencumbered by environmental liabilities.

An environmental consultant delivering services to the mining industry: studies for environmental assessments; develop and manage water balance models of mines and quarries; groundwater monitoring planning, implementation and reporting; review site water balances including pumping efficiency reviews; surface drainage assessments; water licence and approval applications; port environmental assessment; prepare & maintain statutory and operational water management plans; rehabilitation supervision services, internal and external company reporting.

Deliver a company wide water management service: bi-monthly liaison meetings; response to issues & provide advice; compliance monitoring by inspection/audit; monitor water use and prepare water budgets and balances; develop, implement & update water management strategies for mine sites; systems development; compliance, risk and safety audits for infrastructure; internal and external reporting.Secondment: Led a team of 10 environmental professionals and support staff to provide environmental management systems, site environmental management, advice, data collection and performance reporting for Hamersley Iron - five inland open cut mines, rail system and port facilities.

Covered all aspects of mining environmental management including: water management, systems development, mine site rehabilitation planning and implementation, environmental impact assessment for new developments, approvals, liaison with government and reporting, monitoring, noise and dust control. Worked with all levels of management. During this period undertook secondments overseas.
