I am a dedicated member of CIEEM, having recently completed my MSc in Wildlife Biology and Conservation at Edinburgh Napier University. With a passion for expanding my ecological expertise, my thesis on restoring heathland habitats—conducted in collaboration with the National Trust—was a pivotal academic project. Over the course of my studies, I have honed my understanding of ecological policies, along with the research and reporting required to support them. Prior to my MSc, I worked in various private and government labs, gaining valuable experience and, in some cases, leading lab teams. These three years provided me with a diverse skill set ranging from lab-based techniques, like PCR, to networking with environmental agencies and building professional relationships.I am eager to apply my strong biological foundation to contribute meaningfully to the field of science, benefiting both myself and the communities around me.
