Responsible for business development throughout North America regarding Weisser machining systems. Their systems include advanced machining processes not available from any other machine tool builder, world wide. An extermely exciting and high-tech business venture.

Canton, Ohio Area

Developed startup company including interveiwing OEMs, potential dealers and personnel. Managed all aspects of the business including operations, sales, training and territory definition. Geograpical territory included all of the midwest and eastern states as well as NC, SC, and VA.

Responsible for establishing, training and managing our distribution team within the midwest territory.Adding and replacing distributors as needed to maintain market share within the territory. Concurrently, had direct sales responsibilty at corporate accounts as assigned by Murata USA.

Assignment was to penetrate the Automotive industry in Michigan with the Mori Seike product line. Developed target automotive accounts, provided detailed corporate presentations, developed relationships from shop floor managers, to engineers,to purchasing people to upper level managment at all automotive accounts.

Direct sales for the Northern Ohio and West Virgina areas. Promote all Monarch products including vertical and horizontal lathes and vertical machinig centers. Assisted distributor sales as assigned by Monarch Machine. Resposible for launching sales for two new product lines first shown in Ohio territory.

Responsible for all sales, service, applications and support for over 400 assigned accounts. Was project manager for all multi-machine orders received within my assigned territory. additionally, assisted customers technically with processing, tooling and programming because of my background. Travel throughout the 3 state territory was extensive.
