I coordinated and was principal resource for successful ‘fail-over’ of mission critical application GMI on AS400.

Responsible for production support to multiple trading middle and back office applications: including trade allocations (ClearVision) and trade blotter (TEO) and book keeping (GMI). Applications ran on platforms that include the AS400, Windows and Linux servers. I was also responsible for a bank interface software called XRT which relied on SWIFT messaging. Other services and/or softwares like WebSphere MQ or application dependencies on Citrix or Windows mapped drives also fell within my scope of resposibilities. Further, I was integral in strategic planning of deployment and High Availability of said applications, services and/or servers.

Oversee operational aspects of US clearing, deliveries and global nightly processing. Devise and implement reconciliation of fees and brokerage with clearing exchanges as well as carrying brokers (in NY and Asia). Recoup $300,000 in exchanges fee from previous 5 years of over payment.
