Overall responsibility for the operations of the PA SCDU encompassing all budgetary, and personnel issues. PA SCDU operations include mail opening, payment processing, payment disbursements, customer service operations, check and notice printing and mailing, banking services, and outreach programs for child support for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The PA SCDU process more than $1.5 billion in collection annually. I am responsible for project financials, and directs all auditable daily processes to ensure compliance with contractual obligations. I prepare reports and documentation for corporate, client, and staff on issues and processes occurring within PA SCDU, and assesses the performance of managers and staff. I also manage all facility and security issues. As part of the PA-SCDU program, I also oversee the National Print Center an integrated print/mail service center that provides services to 5 other child support customers as well as several health programs such as Virginia Medicaid Management. Additionally I manage a the Allegheny Court Collections program for delinquent payments due Allegheny Judicial System. I attend Federal, Commonwealth and local training, and child support conferences.
