I feel as if I have been in the auto body business my whole life, I found a picture of me at 5 years old holding a D/A sander. I started out learning the trade working with my Dad as a teenager, not actually 5. I have grown to learn all the aspects of the business through the years. I always wanted to learn to paint but I started in body repair. I continued down that trajectory until I had a chance to paint. Once given the opportunity I excelled in the paint shop. I was responsible for quality control, inventory and actually painting vehicles. This led me down the road to estimating and office responsibilities. I was already so familiar with parts, damage, hours to apply for labor etc. it came naturally to me. I became proficient with the Audatex estimating program and realized my "in the shop" experience was a great benefit. I have had extensive opportunities to do business with most of the major insurance companies, as well as smaller regional and local ones.
