• Worked with HE programme teams to promote high quality learning and contributed significantly to the co-ordination, promotion, quality assurance and improvement of HE provision; leading to success in the Quality Assurance Agency (QAA) Integrated Quality Enhancement Review (IQER) – confidence has been placed in our HE provision• Devised an online HE Forum and HE staff development activities that were praised for helping to cultivate a distinct HE in FE ethos at the college and promoting the sharing of best practice• Assisted in determining the strategy for HE in the college and successful in helping to expand HE provision• Monitored, reviewed and developed the HE curriculum: commented on in the IQER inspection as “providing a sound vehicle for quality enhancement”• Networked with university partners to maintain effective relationships: IQER inspection commented that there are “strong partnership arrangements and well-developed support structures”• Part of teaching & learning observation team: successful in developing a community of HE practitioners.
