On my half-mile walk to grade school, you could almost always guarantee my face was buried in a book (a fantasy novel to be exact). In preparation for 8+ hours of math + science lessons, I would fill my head with stories of talking warrior animals and dyslexic demi-gods as a back pocket escape in the form of a daydream. That’s where my love for storytelling began, and I’m now blessed to work in an industry that allows me to tell stories every day.
